Julie is a EMDR and IFS Level 1 therapist.
She is passionate about working with clients from all walks of life, including BIPOC clients and clients wanting to integrate counselling with diverse lived experiences, inner wisdom, and spirituality.
As a second-generation Chinese Canadian therapist, Julie is passionate about integrating your cultural wisdom and knowledge into therapy.
She supports clients experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma.
Paul Izenberg, MACP
Pre-licensed Counsellor
Paul specializes in supporting men through challenges related to identity, relationships, and emotional expression, as well as individuals working through stress, anxiety, depression, loss, trauma, and life transitions.
Paul’s approach includes evidence-based methods such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Unified Protocol for the transdiagnostic treatment of emotional disorders, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Polyvagal-informed practice, and somatic awareness to help clients heal and find balance.

Rates
Julie is now accepting new clients at a rate of $140 / 50 minute session and $200 / 80 minute session.
Paul is now accepting new clients at a rate of $70 / 50 minute session and $112 / 80 minute session. Paul is providing affordable counselling at a reduced rate for a limited period of time. His services are not covered by insurance at this time.

Please contact your health insurance provider for counselling coverage under a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) or Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC). You can submit your receipt to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
